Annual Fundraiser
The primary fundraiser, Adam's Memorial Golf Tournament, for the foundation is held in August each year. All tournament proceeds go directly to the Adam Charles Ports Foundation.
The 2024 Tournament allowed us to raise a record-breaking $87,000! We were able to award scholarships to 22 deserving students to help fund their college education. We owe a generous, heartfelt thank you to all the sponsors, donors, and participants who helped make this happen. Together, we are able to make a significant difference in the lives of so many college students.
Tournament Information
The 23rd Annual Adam's Memorial Tournament will be held on August 2, 2025 at The Pines Golf Club. Doors open at 8:30am and the shotgun start is at 10:00am. Your participation and contribution will enable us to continue making a positive and lasting impact in the lives of deserving college students.
The golf outing sold out in less than an hour this year — our fastest sellout yet! We're incredibly grateful for the enthusiastic support. While player registration is now closed, we are still accepting sponsorships and donations to help support our mission.
