Annual Fundraiser
The primary fundraiser, Adam's Memorial Golf Tournament, for the foundation is held in August each year. All tournament proceeds go directly to the Adam Charles Ports Foundation.
The 2023 Tournament allowed us to raise a record-breaking $81,000! We were able to award scholarships to 21 deserving students to help fund their college education. We owe a generous, heartfelt thank you to all the sponsors, donors, and participants who helped make this happen. Together, we are able to make a significant difference in the lives of so many college students.
Tournament Information
The 22nd Annual Adam's Memorial Tournament will be on August 3, 2024 at The Pines Golf Club. Doors open at 8:30am and the shotgun start is at 10:00am. Registration for golf will open in May. If you are interested in an exclusive Albatross Sponsorship, please email sponsor@acpfoundation.com.
